PENN Entertainment in Colorado is seeking a professional dealer to greet guests, manage table play, and deliver fast, personalized service across first-class casino games. You will learn all game rules, protect game integrity, and work within strict policies and state regulations.

Salary includes base pay with tips, plus potential supervisory pay; benefits may include day-one coverage and education support. Must be able to obtain Colorado gaming licensure and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a dealer.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
• Excellent Team Member and customer relations skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license.
• Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations.
• Experience in high volume Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat; 2 years in high volume Craps (optional).

Responsibilities

• Greet and converse with guests in English; provide fast, personalized service.
• Know and apply rules for all games dealt; maintain game integrity.
• Open/close tables; ensure payouts are fast and accurate.
• Maintain confidentiality; comply with policies and regulations.
• Monitor play for irregularities and report to supervision.
