Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Applicant must successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience.
• Applicant must be fast and accurate in handling cash.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide; perform these operations with money.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous inspection of cards and ensure security.
• Exchange customer currency for checks and deposit currency; safeguard chips and monies.
• Assist customers in playing and ensure adherence to rules.

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Meet attendance guidelines and complete required training within nine months.
