Job summary

BoomerJack's Grill is seeking energetic security personnel to protect guests and team members at our Mansfield, TX location. You will enforce safety policies, monitor the dining area, and respond promptly to incidents to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a polished appearance, using radio headsets for clear communication, and collaborating with management to uphold security standards. Training and designated tasks will be provided by the on-duty manager.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a TABC Certification.
• Follow RAS Policy and security guidelines.
• Attend all meetings and workshops.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Deescalate situations and prevent issues.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Wear proper uniform and present a polished appearance.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling system.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a TABC Certification and stay current.
• Ensure guest and employee safety and security.
• Deescalate conflicts and handle incidents calmly.
• Communicate via radio/headset during shifts.
• Complete closing duties and shift wrap-up.
• Train and guide other security personnel as requested by management.
