Job summary

The Pokémon Company International is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to manage a portfolio of multi-year programs and process improvements that enable our recruitment services.

This role focuses on operational infrastructure, metrics, vendor management, and change management, with a hybrid work setup requiring three in-office days per week. Base salary ranges from $95,000 to $127,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition Operations/Recruiting Operations experience AND program/project management experience within an HR function.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent years of work experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of HR operational business processes and direct experience owning HRIS and/or ATS functions, including reporting and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic range of Talent Acquisition Operations program functions including ATS workflows, vendor integrations, background check workflows, recruitment marketing and events, onboarding, recruiting operations tools, PM tools, and SOPs.
• Drive end-to-end program and project lifecycle processes including discovery, design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Guide stakeholders with proactive communication and escalation management to drive resolution.
