Job summary

Testhouse is seeking an experienced QA leader to own end-to-end testing for the Temenos T24 upgrade program, spanning SIT and UAT across complex banking ecosystems and multiple interfaces.

You will define the overall test strategy and approach, maintain the master test plan and cycle entries/exits, manage RTM, coordinate data migration, interfaces, and performance testing, drive defect triage and go/no-go decisions, and ensure release readiness through cross‑functional collaboration with PMO,

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for the Temenos T24 upgrade program across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Define and own the overall test strategy, test approach, quality standards, and release readiness criteria.
• Develop and maintain the master test plan, detailed test cycle plans, entry and exit criteria, and RAID logs.
• Manage testing scope covering T24 modules, integrated banking applications, digital channels, migrated data, regression testing, and COB (Close of Business) validations.
• Coordinate with PMO, business stakeholders, SMEs, development teams, integration teams, migration teams, and environment teams to ensure smooth test execution.
• Ensure test data, environments, connectivity, system dates, and dependencies are available and ready for all test phases.
• Monitor test execution progress, identify risks, track defects, and drive timely resolution through defect triage and governance processes.
• Lead defect management activities, including defect prioritization, retesting, validation, and closure.
• Drive UAT preparation and execution by collaborating with business users on test scenarios, evidence collection, sign-offs, and go/no-go decisions.
• Manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure complete test coverage of business and functional requirements.
• Produce daily, weekly, and executive-level test status reports and quality metrics.
• Coordinate validation of data migration, interfaces, integrations, and performance testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards, governance processes, and quality gates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise the handover of test assets, automation scripts, documentation, and operational runbooks to the support/run team.
• Support release planning, deployment validation, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
