United Wireless in Charlotte is seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate to help customers find personalized wireless solutions. You will demonstrate devices and services in-store and online while delivering exceptional service and helping customers meet their needs.

We value teamwork, flexibility, and a passion for technology. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will prepare you for progression toward a Certified Sales Representative within our growing network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
