Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager in Sedona to lead a high-energy team inside a T-Mobile authorized retail setting. You will create a culture of exceptional customer experiences, ensure consistent sales delivery, and uphold operational standards while coaching employees to grow.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to staff development. You will recruit, train, and retain a highly engaged sales team, drive store promotions and community

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.

As a CSNation Store Manager, you will lead your team by creating a culture around superior customer experience, consistent sales delivery, operational standards and team development! The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multi-tasking, attention to detail, and energetic about helping the employees and customers that enter their store! Every Store Manager should lead by example in regards to sales, store experience, and operations. We will provide all of the training you need to be a success!
