Job summary

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, located in Lacey, WA, is seeking energetic sales associates to join our team. You will engage customers, identify wireless needs, and confidently sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions while aiming to exceed monthly targets.

We offer earning potential of $35.30 per hour with an uncapped commission structure, a $700 ramp-up bonus, monthly SPIFFs, referral bonuses, and a daily pay option.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check per applicable laws.
• 18 years or older.
