Connectivity Source is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Mashpee, MA to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales with a bold, energetic approach.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and partner with the Store Leader to implement initiatives, with training provided to ensure success. This role focuses on growth, engagement, and achieving sales goals in a dynamic wireless retail environment.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsabilités

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing up to date daily.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
