Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager in Davis, CA. You will work with the Store Manager to create a high-energy sales environment focused on exceptional customer service and business success.

You will inspire and coach your team on the floor, promote learning opportunities, and analyze performance to hit and exceed sales goals. The role requires evening/weekend/holiday availability and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve goals.
• Able to communicate with leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, spreadsheets).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift/move 20 lbs.
