United Wireless Communications, Inc. is hiring for a Store Team Lead to work closely with the Store Manager to coach and develop the store team, drive customer loyalty, and deliver a seamless, solutions-oriented experience.

The role focuses on supporting Sales Representatives, maintaining a clean retail environment, and driving KPI-based performance while upholding company policies. This full-time position includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
