Job Overview
As a Retail Store Manager, you’re ready to lead by example, go All IN, and empower your team to excel in connecting customers to their world.
Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership. Primary contact for store employees.
Job Responsibilities:
· Complete observations of employee-customer interactions, provide feedback, and conduct training and coaching to ensure timely completion of team trainings.
· Assist with customer issues to enhance their experience with the T-Mobile brand and meet expectations.
· Own store success, manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
· Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new store programs.
· Maintain a neat, organized store environment.
· Hire passionate employees who are excited about building customer relationships and digital technology.
· Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognizing achievements.
· Lead by example, staying current on products, services, and leadership best practices.
· Foster an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
· Drive store productivity, minimize risks, and manage expenses.
· Use personalized performance management and recognition to motivate staff.
· Ensure employees meet or exceed monthly success metrics and sales goals.
Experience Needed:
· 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Communication, Microsoft Office, Store Management, Store Operations, Customer Service (all required).
Requirements:
· 2-4 years management in retail sales, 2-4 years sales and sales management experience, at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., High School Diploma or GED.
