Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management with 5 years in safety or construction management.
• Experience leading safety teams in heavy construction and driving zero-incident programs.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead section safety team; direct and coordinate work assignments and review performance.
• Responsible for profitable growth of the section; ensure staffing levels and billable goals.
• Oversee AHAs, site safety plans, emergency action plans, and safety training.
• Manage communication with clients, regulators, and subcontractors on safety matters.
• Drive safety audits and corrective actions; maintain audit-ready documentation.
