At AES, we are looking for a Performance & Reliability Intern for Summer2027. Role Description: As a Performance & Reliability Intern, you will work directly with engineers and analysts who help drive reliability decisions. You will gain hands‑on experience analyzing outage data, reliability metrics, and asset health information to identify trends, improve performance, and support critical business. This internship provides exposure to real utility operations, where data‑driven insights influence investment decisions, equipment replacement strategies, and reliability improvement initiatives. You will contribute to dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools used by leadership, while developing practical skills in Excel, PowerBI, and utility performance analysis.
