Job summary

TENAX Technologies, LLC is seeking a Systems/Test Engineer to support Army PD at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will design, execute, and evaluate comprehensive testing strategies for C5ISR systems, leveraging DoD frameworks and advanced data analysis with MATLAB and Python.

Responsibilities

• Developing, planning, integration, coordinating, and executing integrated based evaluations for the Army's C5ISR systems that align with program requirements and regulations.
• Provide independent System Evaluation Plans/Reports or System Assessments on operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of equipment.
• Develop test strategies, test and evaluation plans and concepts; coordinate with OT Command, Capabilities Managers, and PMs to ensure completeness of test events and reports.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team of military and civilian stakeholders to ensure comprehensive Test and Evaluations.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in test engineering to enhance methods and tools.
• Identify, document, and analyze test results to uncover issues; work with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and implement corrective actions.

About the Position: Systems/Test Engineer supports Army Product Developer (PD) organization based at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and optimizes our life-cycle engineering/sustainment functions by combining field system sustainment with current operations in quick reaction, urgent operational needs, and direct field support mission areas into the same portfolio of responsibility. A skilled and experienced Systems/Test Engineer is sought to join our team in support of critical defense acquisition programs.
