About The Role

Do you want to be part of a team delivering technologies to the front line of our nation's cyber efforts? Peraton is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to help deliver key JCWA capabilities and contribute significantly to our team. Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise, supporting process improvements, developing test documents, performing manual and automated testing (unit, integration, functional, end-to-end), and other technical duties as required. Expertise in the specialty area is essential.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the functional area; Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in software development with object-oriented and scripting languages, familiar with DevSecOps, microservices, and containers.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Recent experience in system testing and documentation.
• 3+ years using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• 3+ years testing web applications.
• 3+ years practicing Agile Test Driven Development.
• Experience with Restful interfaces and commands.
• Experience developing in cloud environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Agile or SAFe experience.
• 4+ years using Agile TDD and integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments.
• Experience designing, developing, and sustaining software in Agile environments.
• 5+ years working with DoD Force Readiness requirements.
• Experience collaborating with DoD COCOM and Service Cyber Components.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000, based on experience and other factors.
