Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer II - Anti-Tamper / Program Protection to join our SSE team in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on safeguarding Warfighters' tech through holistic security solutions, including Anti-Tamper, Cyber Security, and Supply Chain Risk Management.

Onsite work in Tucson, AZ and collaboration with customers are key. You will develop system requirements, guide architectures, model threats, and ensure DoD policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in System Security Engineering, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity or Embedded System Security.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing and fielding real-time embedded security solutions.
• Experience generating systems requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans and policies.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SSE solutions in Raytheon products.
• Collaborate with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, costs and implementation strategies.
• Develop plans, estimates, task schedules and risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide SSE implementations and architectures for customer systems.
• Conduct attack threat modeling and CPI assessments.
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow to subsystems.
• Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
