Job summary

Nightwing in the National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX, seeks a Journeyman System/Network Engineer to deploy, configure, and maintain infrastructure for the unified solution. You will work with Kubernetes environments, network configurations, and government platform services to ensure reliable operation across deployment environments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of system/network engineering, a TS/SCI with CI polygraph, and a U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of system/network engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field (or equivalent substitution).
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and configurations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK stack).
• Understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Must be U.S. citizen.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($77,000–$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
