This role involves overseeing the accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of inventory levels, ensuring efficient inventory flow, and minimizing discrepancies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Must have in-depth knowledge of IRewards system technology requirements, including but not limited to all hardware needs to complete a systems build and install. • Works closely with purchasing team to maintain accurate inventory controls of needed parts to build complete systems. • Pulls system installation orders, panel kits and parts for build releases. • Assembles systems parts and kits. • Occasional visits to Service Centers for Inventory Control. • Strong organizational requirements to ensure accurate inventory, efficient part picks for systems builds. • Must monitor system builds to ensure most effective processes are in place. • Ensure systems parts installation kit is complete for transportation to installation destination. • Other tasks as assigned by management.
