Job summary

Mach Industries in Huntington Beach seeks an Integration Reliability Engineer to enable reliable assembly, testing, and fielding across the product lifecycle. You will support integration strategy, build readiness, interface risk management, and failure investigations in a hands‑on role spanning design, manufacturing, test, and operations.

The role requires collaboration across disciplines, rigorous analysis of build data, and active participation in continuous improvement with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or equivalent.
• Two+ years of experience in systems integration, manufacturing, quality, reliability, or related hardware.
• Experience with FMEA, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action.
• Experience analyzing build, test, or production data to identify risks.
• Ability to collaborate with design, manufacturing, test, operations, and program teams.
• Hands‑on work with complex hardware in integration, production, and failure investigations.

Responsibilities

• Define integration build strategies for readiness in assembly, test, and production.
• Conduct interface FMEAs, risk assessments, and design-for-assembly reviews.
• Develop and improve assembly control plans and methods for integrating sub-assemblies.
• Support integration, built‑to‑print assembly, validation, and transition to repeatable production.
• Monitor yield, build health, and process robustness to identify risks.
• Lead root‑cause and corrective‑action investigations for assembly, integration, test, and production issues.
• Collect and analyze build, test, and field data to improve reliability and decisions.
• Travel may be up to 30%.
