Systems Integration Lead - RevOps
Join Cyclomedia as a Systems Integration Lead - RevOps to orchestrate seamless integration across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support platforms while serving as the business owner for our Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM.
Location: Middleton, WI Office.
Salary: $85,500.00 – $106,000.00 (11 hours ago).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration of applications and workflows between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure data consistency and process alignment across platforms such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365, and other CRM/Sales/Operation/Project/Finance tools.
- Primary business owner for Microsoft Dynamics: oversee configuration, user adoption, and enhancement roadmap.
- Coordinate consistency in data structure, governance, and quality of Rev Ops data, including customer, account, and engagement data.
- Provide strategic input into the design and implementation of a centralized data lake to support analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data architecture.
- Use technology to facilitate inter‑departmental workflow and reporting between systems used by Rev Ops and Finance, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support pricing, forecasting, and reporting workflows by ensuring data integrity and timely availability.
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Operations, and Deal Desk teams to align data dictionaries for customer projects and operational definitions.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline Rev Ops processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integrations, data flows, and business rules.
- Support training and enablement efforts for internal users on integrated systems and data tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems or Data Strategy roles.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (especially Dynamics 365), marketing automation tools, and customer support systems.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric or other data lake, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
