Systems Integration Engineer, Air Vehicles

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Air Dominance and Strike Mechanical Engineering Team is responsible for designing and integrating advanced hardware for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of avionics and mission systems within aircraft.
• Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for secondary structures and system components.
• Conduct simulations and analyses to validate designs against performance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production.
• Lead design reviews, run analysis, visit vendors, define and execute hardware test plans.
• Support critical hardware demonstrations with customers as needed.
• Travel to test sites as needed.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in aircraft systems integration.
• Siemens NX proficiency.
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Familiarity with aircraft and military standards.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• PLM experience (Teamcenter, Windchill).
• Active Top secret DoD clearance.
• Unmanned Air Vehicle design experience.

US Salary Range: $129,000—$171,000 USD.
