Base Power Company is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to design and integrate residential energy storage hardware, including BMS, inverters, and MID devices. You will develop architectures, create schematics, and work closely with software teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration.
The role requires hands-on hardware development experience, strong electrical engineering fundamentals, and familiarity with energy storage standards.

We are looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to help design and integrate the next generation of Base Power’s residential battery storage, inverter, and microgrid interconnect device (MID) systems. This role requires strong electrical engineering fundamentals and hands‑on experience with complex energy storage hardware. You’ll play a critical role in building safe, reliable, and scalable hardware systems that power homes and communities.
