Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineering Spring Co-Op in Clifton, NJ. The position involves performing operational analysis, developing concepts of operations, and supporting design and evaluation of complex systems.

Responsibilities include test plan development, scripting, and presenting design activity updates to customers. The program offers an immersive experience with a 9/80 schedule and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• In-progress or completed bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field from an accredited university.

Job Description:

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:

• Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/ormodel-basedsystems engineering
• Familiar with Rhapsody

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Connecticut,
Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $25.50/hr - $48/hr. This is not a guaranteeof compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
