The Colorado Springs Ground Engineering Group is looking for a first line K-Level Manager to work on exciting programs like GSCCE and PTES to lead and manage ground system engineering teams performing critical missions to deliver technology to the Warfighters.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (A U.S. Secret Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company'sConflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and businessconsiderations.
Summary Pay Range: $141,100 - $190,900
