This position is full-time on-site at our Baltimore, MD location.As an integral part of our Engineering & Sciences leadership team you will support the Systems Integration Test & Evaluation (SIT&E) department within the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) discipline homeroom. This is a dual-role manager position, and you will provide both engineering functional leadership and technical project execution leadership while overseeing approximately 8-12 engineers and will report directly to a Systems Engineering Manager 3. Individuals on the team work across several Baltimore, MD based programs. The position would functionally lead a team of engineers and Subject Matter Experts in the area of Systems Integration & Test.In this Systems Engineering Manager 2 role, you will also be expected to perform productive (direct charge) work on programs in addition to functional management duties. It is anticipated that given the size of this team, the candidate will spend ~80% of their time on programs in a technical/leadership role, and ~20% of their time in the functional role. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
