Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Intern in Systems Engineering for its Colorado Springs location. You will participate in operational analysis, develop concepts of operations, and assist in design and testing activities under the 9/80 schedule.

The role emphasizes learning across systems engineering topics and collaboration with customers and internal teams. The internship requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field and may involve presentations, scripting, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering and related modeling/design topics.
Familiar with Rhapsody is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plans.
Develop test plans, procedures and cases.
Conduct tests and document results.
Use software tools, scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting.
Analyze systems requirements from end systems and users.
Support development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
Develop and deliver presentations on design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
