Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, Florida seeks a Sr. Associate, Systems Engineering to support end-to-end system design and validation for defense-focused projects. The role involves operational analysis, OPS planning, and test development across complex architectures.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field or recently completed Masters (last 12 months).
Coursework or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration, or model-based systems engineering.
Familiar with Rhapsody.

Responsibilities

Perform operational analysis and develop concepts of operations, designs, and implementation plans.
Develop test plans, procedures, and cases for validation.
Conduct tests and document results.
Use software tools, scripting, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Analyze system requirements from end systems and users.
Support development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
