Ideal candidates have 2+ years in system engineering or DevOps, strong Linux/Unix and scripting skills (Python/Bash), and experience with CI/CD. TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles.
• CI/CD knowledge with pipelines and automated testing tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix, Git, and scripting (Python or Bash).
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, applications, and system management tools.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high availability.
• Implement robust security measures, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
• Collaborate with developers, management, and other departments to deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for system architecture and procedures.
• Research emerging technologies for upgrades or new implementations.
