About the Role

Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer (Level 3) to drive requirements analysis, system architecture design, and technical integration for mission-critical programs in Elkridge, MD.

In this role, you will evaluate Concept of Operations (CONOPS), user requirements, and high-level architectures to develop comprehensive system requirements specifications. You will provide technical leadership across the engineering lifecycle—conducting feasibility studies, guiding design and development activities, authoring system architecture documentation, and interfacing directly with government and program stakeholders to ensure the technical integrity of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma / GED plus at least 12 years of general systems engineering experience, OR

Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus at least 7 years of systems engineering experience, OR

Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus at least 5 years of systems engineering experience, OR

Ph.D. in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus at least 3 years of systems engineering experience.
