Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration Business Unit (BU) has an exciting career opportunity for a Systems Engineer - Level 3 or 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.
The Systems Engineering and Integration Team is seeking a Systems Engineer Test Analyst. This position's primary role will be representing the SEIT by supporting MDA/DE-SEA (Enterprise Analysis & Technical Innovation) and its role within the MDA Joint Analysis Team (JAT). In the test analyst role, the candidate will perform Missile Defense System (MDS) performance analysis of test data generated primarily by the MDA Ground Test (HWIL) program. The candidate may also support analysis of MDA Flight Test events, Real World Event data, and Golden Dome for America (GDA) tests. This position operates in a classified environment.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/teams comprised of all experience levels.
This position is located full-time on-site at the MDA customer facility, on Redstone Arsenal, AL. There is no opportunity for remote work with this position.
This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.
This requisition may be filled at either a Principal Engineer Systems - Level 3 or a Senior Principal Engineer Systems - Level 4.
Primary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
