SEACORP is seeking a mid-level Systems Engineer for the Electronic Warfare Business Area, focused on integrating various network operating systems. Systems Engineer - Signals Intelligence (SIGNIT)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking a mid-level systems engineer to join the Electronic Warfare Business Area. The Systems Engineer role is to integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices. The core duties of this role consist of test plan development, test readiness evaluations, hardware installation, and hardware troubleshooting. Ideal candidates will have the ability to process and analyze raw SIGINT data from a variety of sources and test systems. Candidate should have a strong understanding of collections systems, and how to troubleshoot both RF related issues as well as computer network related issues. This position includes travel to customer sites for program support.

  • Install and configure hardware, software, and network components, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Integrate various system components and rigorously test them to verify functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or upgrades to maintain reliability, security, and efficiency.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, documenting requirements, progress, and changes.
Qualifications

Education: A Masters degree in Signal Processing OR prior Military Experience as a CTT or ATO with a NAVAIR background with the following NEC's:

  • 450 Basic Signals Analysis Course (NEC:C17A)
  • 451 Intermediate Signals Analysis (NEC:C18A/Legacy:9147)
  • Analysis and Reporting (NEC:C16A/Legacy:9138)

Experience: 6 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Ideal Skills and Experience
  • Holds or previously held TS/SCI and be able to maintain that level of clearance.

Location: Middletown, RI

Travel: Quarterly (approximately 4 times a year)

Clearance: Secret

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
