Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants is seeking a Senior-Level Systems Engineer (TS/SCI with poly) to support U.S. Government programs in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and mission operations at Fort Meade, MD.

The role demands technical leadership and collaboration with government customers. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, guiding design and integration, developing architecture and technical plans, and ensuring deliverables' integrity.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required (FS desired)
• 20 years of SE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or related discipline
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
• Leads design and development activities and provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology
• Develops system architecture and documentation; plans system engineering management and test plans
• Communicates with Government and program personnel to resolve issues and ensure technical integrity

Senior-Level Systems Engineer

With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Systems Engineer.

Responsibilities

Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

• Looking for an SE3 with Test Engineering experience (ideally with customer Testing experience). Familiarity with military services and solid a SIGINT understanding. Need someone who works well with a team.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Bachelor ' s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $180,000-215,000
