Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense, Space & Security, Space Mission Systems (SMS) organization has an exciting opportunity supporting Proprietary programs and is seeking a Senior/Experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Seal Beach, California, with potential options to work from El Segundo, California; Aurora or Colorado Springs, Colorado; Herndon or Leesburg, Virginia; or Kennedy Space Center, Florida, based on program needs. As a Senior/Experienced Systems Engineer in SMS, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new first-of-its-kind capabilities and a portfolio of programs that consists of a range of platforms and cutting-edge technologies which continually shape the future. As a member of the Systems Engineering team, you will join a diverse team and apply your skills to analyze and develop system and subsystem requirements, interface control documents, support systems architecture and design, system integration, test, verification, and validation to ensure the system satisfies the intent of customer requirements. This role involves creating innovative solutions to technical challenges, providing system support with automation, modern tools, and overseeing projects to ultimately deliver the end product. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on site at the listed locations. This worksite participates in Boeing’s 9/80 schedule rotation. 9/80 is a rotation in which employees can work 9 hour shifts, 8 days per pay period (bi-weekly) and receive every other Friday off. This position requires an active U.S. Top Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Level 4 Summary pay range: $ 136,850 – $ 197,800
