Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 2 years of related work, or a Master’s in STEM with 0–2 years.
• For Principal: Bachelor’s +5 years, Master’s +3 years, or PhD +1 year.
• Experience with DOORS, CAMEO, MBSE.
• Strong background in architecture development and requirements allocation.
• Knowledge of MBSE and SysML for DoD systems.
• Experience crafting requirements or verification strategies.
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking.
• On-site work requirement.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Active in-scope DoD Secret clearance at start.

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements and architecture artifacts.
• Plan technically and support design reviews.
• Collaborate with IPT to produce system engineering artifacts.
• Develop and mature architecture content for large designs.
• Prepare pre-review assessments for design readiness.
