Job Summary
Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Systems Engineer (R2‑R4) to implement our next‑generation Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Ensure alignment of manufacturing sites’ strategic milestones and serve as the point of contact between teams. Define and execute an integrated deployment plan. Ensure that implemented solutions adhere to global standards while aligning with other digital initiatives. Implement support models for manufacturing sites while partnering closely with the site/global project leaders.
Responsibilities

- Implement support models for manufacturing sites while partnering closely with the site/global project leaders.
Qualifications
- Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience with manufacturing execution systems implementation and project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- 1 year of experience with managing master batch record deployments;
- 1 year of experience with change management and user adoption strategies for large‑scale system implementations;
- 1 year of experience with computer system validation, including generation of testing artifacts for MES;
- 1 year of experience with developing formal training guides for businesses or end‑users of manufacturing solutions;
- and 1 year of experience with MSOEs and S95/S88 models.
