Qualifications
- Current Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related field.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environments.
- Familiarity with standard Systems Engineering V processes and lifecycle.
- Experience with requirements development, decomposition, and traceability across the system lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to support system lifecycle processes.
- Apply systems engineering principles to day-to-day product ownership.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer for the Agile team.
- Own and manage the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with Scrum Master, POs, developers, and Program Management.
- Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning alignment.
- Support portfolio roadmap initiatives and capabilities.
- Coordinate with test engineers and hardware/software teams.
