Collins Aerospace is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Mission Systems group in Marlborough, MA, onsite. The role supports full lifecycle development for ground and airborne systems, including CONOPS to validation, test, and integration activities, with DoD Secret clearance as a requirement.

The successful candidate will work across hardware and software interfaces, perform system-level trades, verification, and documentation, and contribute to secure military communications programs.

Qualifications

• Strong integration and test experience including test procedure development, test execution, test reporting, and test automation.
• Proficient in tooling to include Microsoft products, or tasking boards (Jira, IBM EWM, etc.).
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
