This role is located in Melbourne, FL.This position can be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3.As a Systems Engineer 2/3 – Mod & Sim, the candidate will support the development and maintenance of system-level modeling and simulation architectures used to design, analyze, and verify complex aerospace systems. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the individual will help define key capabilities and performance requirements for the Mod & Sim environment, assist with defining external interfaces between models, simulations, and physical systems, and contribute to the system implementation approach and operational concept. The candidate will help ensure Mod & Sim requirements are met and support performance evaluations in collaboration with the customer and broader engineering team. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
