Motion Recruitment is seeking a Systems Engineer for a medical device company in Norristown, PA. The role focuses on defining requirements and supporting safety-critical development from concept through verification.

You will interact with software, mechanical, electrical, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure robust system design and risk management, including FMEA. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years in a regulated industry.
• Experience defining requirements, architecture, and system design.
• Experience generating requirements, risk analysis, and test plans.
• Experience with risk management including FMEA.
• Hands-on lab experience.
• Strong communication across all levels of an organization.
• RF and BLE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define user needs, use scenarios, and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Perform system integration testing and troubleshooting.
• Execute verification activities including test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Support risk management documentation.
