Textron Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to contribute to our engineering team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in engineering and have at least 10 years of experience, with knowledge in IBM DOORS and DoD acquisition processes.

Qualifications - External

• Familiarity with IBM DOORS and No Magic Cameo highly desired
• 10 years of related experience
• Education Requirements: BS degree in systems, mechanical, or electrical engineering, MS in Systems Engineering a plus
• Familiarity with DoD major acquisition program processes and requirements.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• Active security clearance required, eligibility for SAP clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• DoD test and evaluation certifications and experience.
• Experience with systems engineering, integration, test and evaluation.
• Top SECRET Clearance

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$140,100 - 214,700 per year.
