Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a Systems Engineer for Integration & Test to join our Mission Systems team. The role focuses on synthesizing customer needs into test solutions, directing comprehensive test plans, and coordinating integrated testing activities to ensure system readiness.

The position requires a STEM degree with experience in MATLAB/C/C++/Python, test procedures, and on-site work. Active US government Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with relevant engineering experience.
• Experience authoring test procedures, managing test facility interfaces, and ensuring data integrity.
• Proficient in MATLAB, C, C++, C#, or Python and able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer contractual needs into system test solutions considering technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Use scripting to develop test scripts for automated test campaigns.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities and review test requirements.
