We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support the operational application of systems engineering within the Division Office. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and utilizing tools for requirement and risk management, verification and validation, and logistics and deployment activities throughout the full product lifecycle. The selected candidate will ensure that all technical areas progress according to schedule in an integrated development process, working collaboratively with cross‑disciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver effective, integrated system solutions.
You will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff, supporting executive operations through strategic coordination, organizational reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role drives organizational effectiveness by enabling informed leadership decision‑making, optimizing business processes, and facilitating complex cross‑functional initiatives.

*Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
The Office of the Chief of Staff for Division 4000 Infrastructure & Operations at Sandia National Laboratories drives strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support the laboratory's mission‑critical infrastructure. Our team excels in executive coordination, governance, and organizational operations, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and align resources effectively across the division. We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to foster innovation, streamline processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
