LexisNexis Reed Tech in Horsham, PA is seeking a Systems Engineer III to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will lead complex initiatives, ensure availability, security, and reliability while collaborating with Cloud Engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, GRC and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of enterprise systems engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience administering Linux operating systems.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise authentication.
• Experience supporting virtualization platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools.
• Experience implementing enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise storage platforms.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise authentication services.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and apply security baselines across Windows, Linux, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and backup platforms.
• Develop infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Lead OS lifecycle management including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
• Administer Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management technologies.
• Implement and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Support certificate management, PKI, encryption, and enterprise identity services.
• Perform vulnerability remediation using security tools and coordinate patch management.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and procedures.
