Scires is seeking engineers for the Cryptologic Carry On Program in Virginia, Minnesota. This role involves engineering analysis and hardware solution development to support existing systems and meet new requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, strong analytical skills, and be eligible for TS/SCI clearance. The position includes designing system-level drawings and coordinating with government clients.

This position will support the Cryptologic Carry On Program Hardware Solutions Team in the form of providing engineering services which contribute directly to the establishment of new systems and the sustainment of existing systems for a variety of customers. The team provides solutions to enable customers to respond rapidly to emerging threats with systems that are scalable to platform, re-configurable to mission, modular (plug and play), and dynamically re-programmable to support new threats.
Candidate must possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team to apply electrical and electronic theories to develop, refurbish, and verify solutions for existing and novel systems. In addition to developing, documenting, and recommending solutions or improvements for technical engineering problems, responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
