SaLex Corporation is seeking a Systems Engineer II to design, engineer, and integrate enterprise IT systems across global LVC environments, supporting Navy programs. The role is contingent on contract award and involves dynamic work in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in IT/engineering, and familiarity with DoD contexts, RMF, and STIGs.

SaLex Corporation is seeking multiple Systems Engineer II in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award.

Salary: $95k-$160k (depending on experience)

The Systems Engineer II supports the Navy by designing, engineering, and integrating enterprise IT systems and architectures across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments.

Essential Functions:

• Design and implement system configurations and solutions.
• Support system integration and testing.
• Develop technical documentation.
• Support system performance analysis.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD environments.

Desired:

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud, or enterprise systems.
• Relevant certifications (Security+, RHCSA, AWS, etc.).

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in complex environments.

Security Clearance:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.
• Active clearances preferred.
• Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
