Ursa Major seeks a Systems Engineer II in Colorado to verify propulsion systems meet customer needs. You will develop requirements, align with design teams and customers, and plan verification and qualification with a heavy MBSE focus.
Responsibilities include creating MBSE models of SRM systems, maintaining traceability across deliverables, reviewing test data, and communicating requirement compliance at program reviews. Must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance.

The Systems Engineer II will help verify our propulsion systems are designed and perform as necessary to meet our customers’ needs. This role will be responsible for requirements development, internal design team and external customer alignment, verification and qualification planning, with a heavy focus on traceability and Model Based Systems Engineering.
This position requires that the employee be eligible and maintain eligibility for a Secret Clearance
Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $97,000 - $121,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can’t quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
