Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with fluidics, pneumatics, electrical motors, pressure sensors, and vision systems on a software-controlled medical diagnostic analyzer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple product teams to define, manage, and test system requirements.
• Understand customer workflows and support hardware and software changes to improve usability and reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and identify solutions for new product issues at customer sites.
• Participate in test method development, characterization, and risk reduction activities.
