Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced systems engineer for an onsite role in Marlborough, MA. You will integrate solutions within their target environment and participate in integration, dry run, and formal qualification testing.

You will analyze system behaviors, support trade studies and requirements allocation, and collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to solve complex problems, contributing to DoD-related programs with an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained prior to start.
• Familiarity with the Systems Engineering V – from CONOPS development to Sustainment.
• Familiarity with integration and testing including test procedures, test automation, test execution, and test reporting.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
• Active Secret clearance required.

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
