Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is recruiting to support engineering teams developing aerospace structures, mechanisms, and mechanical systems. You will contribute to system planning, documentation, and verification activities to ensure final products meet requirements.

The role involves coordinating technical execution, assisting with system architecture, and supporting analysis and testing efforts across multiple programs in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, physics, or an equivalent field.
• Typically possesses 0–2 years of engineering experience.

This role is part of our Tactical Missiles and Integrated Defense Systems business, which designs and develops integrated missile and defense systems that support critical missions across air, land, and sea.
